      Strolling down the streets of Zakopane there is no possibility not to notice the Tavern "Zapiecek". Our local is located in the very heart of the city by the most famous promenade in Poland - Krupówki Street.

     Upon entering our local you will notice a mountaineer's whitewashed stove in a central point of the restaurant. During cold days and evenings the shooting flames warm our quests and the glaze creates a unique and unforgettable atmosphere. Old irons, clocks and lamps and many other objects located in the tavern which were used by the Podhale's inhabitants several dozen years ago draw particular attention.

     The restaurant's menu is extensive and features dishes prepared according to the regional and old Polish recipes. The Tavern's specialty is a pork loin served with dark boletus sauce, chicken fillet with vegetables, apples and cranberry and many other dishes and drinks. The incomparable climate of our local, the interior, cosy atmosphere and mountaineer's band playing in the evening guarantee exceptional moments.

    
     We have at our disposal 70 sitting places, part of it placed on the entresol and also a summer patio.
